Contour mower for golf courses and recreational areas

The Pro-Flex 120 from Progressive is a towed contour mower designed to follow uneven terrain without compromising mowing quality. The machine has been in use on golf courses, campuses, and other recreational areas since 1999 and is considered one of the most widely used contour mowers of its kind, thanks to its reliability and wide cutting width of 3 meters.

Five independently floating mower decks

The Pro-Flex 120 is equipped with five independently floating mower decks that can move with the terrain both front-to-back and side-to-side. A four-way swivel coupling disconnects the mower from the tractor, allowing the decks to precisely follow the contours of the ground. The result is an even cut, even on uneven terrain where traditional mowers struggle.

Pro Lift-N-Turn and easy coupling

With the Pro Lift-N-Turn feature—unique to Progressive—the operator can temporarily lift the mower decks slightly off the ground while the PTO is still engaged. This allows the mower to pass over paths or other small obstacles without stopping and without causing additional wear on the drivetrain. Hitching to the tractor is simplified thanks to an adjustable drawbar clamp, a low ball pressure weight, and a self-locking PTO.

Cutting height adjustable per deck

Each of the five decks can be adjusted individually in height, from 2.5 to 8.2 centimeters. This makes it possible to mow a gradual transition between the fairway and the rough in a single pass, without the need for a second pass. For superintendents looking to save time, this is an immediate benefit.

Compact for transport and versatile in use

Thanks to its fold-up outer wings, the Pro-Flex 120 has a width of just 2.6 meters in transport mode, allowing the mower to easily pass through narrow barn doors and over bridges and paths. The Pro-Flex 120 can be used as both a fairway mower and a rough mower, and its design makes it more resistant to tree roots and other obstacles than fixed-blade mowers.
