Mowing system in combination with the TD92

The Progressive PM-36 is always paired with the TD92 tri-deck mower, and together they form the Pro-Max 36 mowing system. When used with a tractor ranging from 80 to 100 pk, this combination provides a cutting width of 10.97 meters, and the system can mow over 13 hectares per hour at higher travel speeds.

Five floating mower decks with bolt-on deck shells

Together, the PM-36 and the TD92 form five independently floating mowing decks, each equipped with removable bolt-on deck shells that are available in painted or galvanized finishes. This design makes it possible to replace a worn deck shell without replacing the entire machine, which extends its service life, especially on acidic or sandy soil.

Maintenance-free and low operating costs

The PM-36 shares many Parts with the TD92, including the maintenance-free blade spindles and the grass discharge system. Four of the six PTO shafts have a lubrication interval of 100 hours, which reduces maintenance time and keeps operating costs low.

Flexible expansion options

For existing TD92 owners, the PM-36 is a direct add-on: by attaching the PM-36 to the TD92, the cutting width increases from 6.7 to 10.97 meters, resulting in a productivity increase of up to 64 percent. A sliding drawbar allows a single person to attach it, and the TD92 can be quickly detached again as a stand-alone mower when needed.

Applications

The Pro-Max 36 system is used by sod growers and other large-scale grass producers who require maximum hourly capacity, even in wet conditions, thanks to the system’s relatively low ground pressure.
