Description

Tri-deck finishing mower for the turf industry

The Progressive TD92 has been the industry standard in the turf industry since 1990 and is considered one of the most productive tri-deck mowers in its class. With a cutting width of 6.7 meters and a tractor ranging from 45 to 70 pk, the TD92 mows over 8 hectares per hour at higher travel speeds.

Three floating mower decks with bolt-on deck shells

The three independently floating mower decks are available with painted or galvanized, removable deck shells. This bolt-on design makes it possible to replace a worn deck shell without having to replace the entire machine, which extends its service life, especially when used on acidic or sandy soil.

Maintenance-free and long-lasting

Maintenance-free leaf spindles with 100-hour lubrication intervals on all PTO shafts keep maintenance time to a minimum. An automatic mechanical deck lock secures all three decks during transport or blade maintenance, operated from the tractor seat.

Flexible connection

The TD92's hitch has eight different height settings, ensuring that the frame remains horizontal during mowing, regardless of the tractor and tire combination. Twelve low-pressure tires—or optional solid tires—ensure low ground pressure and stability.

Applications

The TD92 is used worldwide by turf growers and on other large grassy areas where high capacity and a long service life are crucial. Because it is compatible with Parts from earlier models, these machines often remain in service for 15 to 20 years.
