The Brouwer 4000 Autostacker is a revolutionary turf stacker designed for simplicity and efficiency. With the ability to be operated by just one person, this machine makes producing and stacking rolls child's play, even in challenging conditions. The stacker can handle rolls 40, 58 or 61 cm wide and stack them neatly by four or five on 1.2 x 1 to 1.2 x 1.2 meter pallets. Thanks to the advanced robotic system, the rolls are gently moved to the pallets, after which they can be easily removed by forklift.

The Brouwer 4000 offers advanced features such as a telematics system for remote diagnostics, and electronic automatic steering with microcorrection for increased precision. The cab, equipped with tinted windows and air conditioning, guarantees operator comfort, while the 127-hp Caterpillar diesel engine ensures power and reliability under all conditions. Furthermore, the machine features LED lighting for optimal visibility, and multiple stacking patterns that allow you to flexibly respond to the demands of any job.
